I’ve taught BodyStep four times in about as many days. And my legs are sore. Sore in a good way. I love myself some sore muscles. It means I’m getting stronger. I’m planning to take my muscles out on the road with some long bike rides coming up next week. Hope my legs don’t fall off.
In other news, here’s some stuff I found while looking around:
+Christina and I met at U.Va., but haven’t been in touch since college. But Twitter? It brings people together! Check out Christina’s cute blog and her adventures around the D.C. metro area.
+Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream? Yes, please!
+Sarah is my blogging friend who I’ve had the pleasure to meet in real life (Sarah, call me! It’s been too long!). Her recent posts have been swimming around in my head. I love Sarah’s writing, and I am always happy when I see her posts pop up in my Reader.
+I could spend many hours watching YouTube beauty videos, and MsGoldGirl is one of my new favorites. She’s super sweet, and she has three cute dogs.
+I like this question from Gretchen Rubin: What little treats do you enjoy? How would you answer that? For me, a little treat might be picking out a magazine in the grocery check out line, watching YouTube beauty videos, blog reading, cups of piping hot coffee. How about you?
+I am lusting over this Transformation Wrap from Lululemon. I tried it on the other day after a dinner date with my two favorite gym friends-turned outside the gym friends, and we all agreed it’s just something I need. For some reason, Dan doesn’t understand why I need this wrap. Nor does he understand Lululemon. Anyway, sadly, I want the Oatmeal color, and the Tysons mall didn’t have it in my size. So I’m lusting over it for now…and hope to track it down. Cute, no?
+So I finally joined GoodReads since Dan and I bought matching Kindles the other day (super special deal for Amazon card holders – $47 Kindles FTW!). Now I need book recommendations, STAT. Leave me a comment with your favorite book or something you’ve read recently that you recommend.
+This is my last Stratejoy post. Sad face! I am going to miss writing for The Tribe once a week.
What’s did you read that spoke to you this week? Any book recommendations? How do you give yourself mini treats? Are you as addicted to Lululemon?
