I took Kate to her first ballet class this week. She loved it. Especially the part where she got to wear the ballet skirt and ballet slippers. She insisted on “practicing” and spinning around on our wood floor. So now she’s a tiny dancer covered in shin bruises.
While I watched my tiny dancer smash into every hard surface in our home, I read some good stuff:
+I’m so excited because my Project Life Seafoam kit is on it’s way to me! Hurray! I’ve been stalking Amazon for months and months, so I can’t wait to incorporate the kit into my weekly page layouts.
+For a look at Seafoam in action, check out the kit’s designer, Elise, and her title page.
+I love the concept behind Country Cleaver’s How To Tuesday posts, and since I’ve been meaning to learn more about bread baking, I’m going to try her bread recipe ASAP.
+Don’t feel the fear – feel what it’s doing to you.
+I like this list of 10 ways to have peaceful, loving relationships.
+Sarah’s blog is one of my favorites, and as a pleaser, I enjoyed her post on saying no.
Any other good reads out there? Please share!
Have a great weekend. Look for my Project Life post for week two here early next week and a post about intentions and hair care products (exciting stuff!). I hope to have a date night with Dan this weekend, so we can see one of the many, many good movies out that everyone talks about and we haven’t seen. What are you up to? Any movie recommendations?
