I started this blog out of a desperate need for a creative outlet where I could share my struggles and triumphs as a young woman facing various major life changes. At the time, I worked as a budget analyst for a local government where creatively is (rightly) discouraged, married my college sweetheart, adopted a dog, and wondered where I was headed next.
This blog, like most blogs, has shifted over time. After a couple of years and hundreds of blog posts later, this blog has become an extension of who I am and what I’ve learned from my various life changes.
So, what does this blog offer? A realistic guide to how to stay true to who you are while facing life transitions. I share my honest experiences on managing a home and being a wife while also raising a young child, tips and tricks on working through goals, and living a balanced life on the bright side.
