I was a government major.  And I earned my Masters in Public Policy.  I don’t do any of those things now.  Early in my career I tried to work in that field.  And it just wasn’t for me.  In any way.  But, I felt like I had to continue working in those fields because that’s what I studied.

Finally, I decided to change courses.  And even though sometimes I feel guilty about it, I’m much happier now than I was when I was working in a field I didn’t really enjoy.

Tiffany also experienced this feeling.  We talked a lot about switching gears and being okay with it.

Here’s what we talked about:

+Tiffany’s educational background and early work experience.  And how that has shifted.

+Our guilt with no longer working in the field we studied.

+Feeling like we don’t have a real job.

+Work and identity.

+How Tiffany created her blog and how she works with brands and sponsors.

+Calling ourselves capital B Blogger.

+We totally don’t do it all.  Thoughts on hiring out help and to-do lists.
