If you’re tired of hustling, I’ve got the show for you. Everywhere I turn it’s hustle this, hustle that, your side hustle, blah blah blah. It sounds straight up tiring to me. Not that one shouldn’t work hard. But there’s only so much hustle one can do before spinning out.

Lara McCulloch is the entrepreneur and business woman behind Start Some Shift, an academy that teaches women entrepreneurs how to build a lifestyle business that doesn’t lead to burn out. (She even wrote an Anti-Hustle Guide that listeners can download.) In this podcast, we talk about Lara’s struggles with perfectionism, her experience working with Fortune 500 companies and becoming addicted to hustle, how she’s working with fewer companies but making more money, and creating a semblance of balance in her schedule that allows her to do work she loves and be a mom.
