Today’s mini episode is all about mindfulness! I decided to dedicate the month of September to mindfulness since this month has all those fresh-start feels. I’m also following along with a Mindful30 Challenge from mindful.org, so the time felt right to think about the present moment!
And that’s what mindfulness is all about: allowing all those passing thoughts to pass on by like clouds in the sky and keep a focus on what you’re doing right this moment. In this mini episode I’m sharing why mindfulness is important for me, and how it helps me stay happy and less anxious. I also share a mantra I love and two breaths I like to practice.
