Aeroflow Breastpumps is a subsidiary of Aeroflow Healthcare, a supplier of durable medical equipment. In 2013, the ACA required insurance companies to cover breastfeeding support like lactation consultants and the cost of a breast pump. On today’s show mom and Director of Aeroflow Mom and Baby, Jennifer Jordan, joins me on the show. Jennifer is passionate about supporting moms returning to work, and in this episode we chat about how the company came to create this division, how to get a pump from Aeroflow, and the challenges with going back to work after baby.
In the past four years, Aeroflow Breastpumps has quickly become the most profitable division at Aeroflow Healthcare. Jennifer also developed a community culture with the Breastpump Specialist that spills over to the customers. It was such a treat to chat with Jennifer, and I’m so excited about the work she does on behalf of mothers.
