Hooray! Today I’m kicking of Season 5 of the podcast and the first episode of 2018 with a little bit of a different show. This show is a solo show where I’m chatting about my reflects on 2017 and my projections for 2018.

In this episode I talk about picking one little word in the past and how those previous words didn’t work out and why. And how I’ve changed how I’ve selected my word for the year. I talk about how I used yirah as my word for 2017 and how I thought that word served me. I also discussed picking my 2018 word, santosha.

I also share my intentions for 2018 and a renewed focus on process over outcome.

Do you pick words for the year? What word did you pick?

PS: I also mention Ali Edwards. You can find out more about One Little Word on her site. If you’re doing One Little Word Workshop, I’ll see you in there!
