It is my honor to have Jennifer Mackey-Mary on the show today! I met Jennifer many years ago when she was speaking at a mom’s group, and I immediately wanted to be her friend. Fast forward a few years, and we are friends and part of a Mastermind group.
Jennifer is a wardrobe stylist who’s on a mission to make style simple for women at every stage. Over the last 17 years, she’s helped thousands of women cut through the clutter in their closets, and build stylish wardrobes that make getting dressed fun and easy. Jennifer is passionate about raising confident daughters, watching historical dramas on PBS, and getting every woman in America in a better bra.
In this episode Jennifer and I go deep into clothes. Why is getting dressed so hard? Why shouldn’t we buy a shirt we like in every color (guilty!). What is a capsule wardrobe? Why do I need cute shoes?
If you’ve ever walked into your closet and thought I have nothing to wear, this show is for you!
We also discuss other topics related to clothes. We do a deep dive into body image, confidence, and being in the mom slump. Jennifer and I both agree YOU deserve to feel fabulous. I hope you feel inspired to clean out your closet and get yourself some well-fitting clothes after this episode. And, no, Jennifer doesn’t just do high end. In fact, Jennifer is all about affordable fashion.
During the show Jennifer mentioned a special page for my podcast listeners. Here it is! Five Items Every Casual Wardrobe Needs: http://bit.ly/
