Edie Sundby has experienced 79 rounds of chemo, underwent four major surgeries. And she has no right lung. And yet she decided to walk the El Camino Real Trail. As a way of healing, she walked the trail to deal with the overwhelming sense of calamity.

In this episode, Edie and  I discuss her diagnosis, the therapeutic nature of walking, and creating hope against all odds. Edie wrote a book detailing her journey, and she shares the process of writing that story with me in this chat. Edie is inspiring and encouraging, and I loved this honest chat with her about life and how we keep going against all odds.
