Dr. Sasha Heinz was one of the first 33 people to have received a Masters degree in Positive Psychology and has studied under and taught alongside some of the most influential and innovative psychologists in the field, like Martin Seligman, Ph.D. She’s also a life coach who uses the Cognitive Coaching Model to help her clients change their behavior. In this episode we discuss positive psychology and Dr. Heinz’s self-coaching tool, the Cognitive Coaching Model. We also dive into an interesting discussion on what happiness means and the pressure to feel happy all the time. Additionally, we touch on worthiness and how to get back to our inherent self-worth.
