I’m thrilled to have KJ Dell’Antonia on the podcast today! KJ is a writer, author, and fellow podcaster, and in this chat we discuss her new book, How to be a Happier Parent. KJ shares how she came up with the concept for this book, what she learned, and the four things happier parents do. We touched on all sorts of topics – from screen time to flushing toilets. I love KJ’s honest talk about motherhood and how much of parenting is being okay with sometimes unhappy kids and sitting in discomfort. We also talked about the importance of feeling confident as a parent, and how for us, feeling confident in our choices makes us happier parents.
