I’m thrilled to welcome back Jessica Turner! Jessica came on my podcast a few years ago to talk about her first book, The Fringe Hours. In this episode we discuss her new book, Stretched Too Thin. In this chat, we talk about how to let go of work and parenting guilt, how to set achievable goals, prioritizing self care, and how to be more efficient and less stressed. Jessica and I share real, honest talk about work and motherhood and managing our homes. Feeling stretched too thin does not have to be the norm. I hope this conversation with Jessica encourages you to invest in yourself, and I hope you feel less alone. I love Jessica’s message about living intentionally, right where you are.
